Join us in Evelyn
Lewisham Deptford Conservatives are going to soon introduce their new parliamentary candidate and local action team to the Evelyn area of Deptford.
Gemma Townsend and the team will be trying to find out what the big issues are in the area so that we can campaign locally for what really matters and encourage people to get involved
The campaigning day will take place on Saturday 14th March on John Silkin Lane off Trundley's Road at 10:30am.
Association Chairman Michael Rutherford said: "There seems to be a real appetite for change in Deptford but people are unaware of what a Conservative MP or councillor would do if elected. This is one of many opportunities for us to find out what we need answers to.''
Deputy Chairman (Membership) Robert McIlveen said: "Not only can people air their concerns to us, they can get involved in the association. As well as the chance to campaign and socialise, we're looking for people passionate about Lewisham Deptford to stand in next year's council elections.''
If you would like to join our campaigning day or the association, send us an email at ldconservatives@hotmail.com or join us at 10:30am on Saturday 14th March on John Silkin Lane.
