Ben Appleby: campaigning for Ladywell

Ben Appleby and his team have been out and about meeting as many local people as possible, listening to their concerns about issues including schools, traffic and anti-social behaviour.

· As one local resident told Ben, “It’s great to see the Conservatives fighting hard to win this election. For too long, politics round here has been a choice between a complacent Labour party and single issue groups who don’t have enough influence to get things done”.

· Ben currently works with local authorities, and previously worked for an education charity. He can hit the ground running in the council chamber and start making a real difference for our area.

· Ben is an experienced and passionate campaigner, guaranteed to be a strong voice on Lewisham Council.
